Trombay Re-Development Project TRIL to act as Advisor & PMC to Tata Power for a 3.8 acres re-development project at Trombay.


Nagpur TRIL plans to develop an integrated residential and retail complex over an area of 10 acres in the heart of Nagpur City. The site is located in the heart of the city and has over 800 ft of prime road frontage on Rambag Rd, just north of Medical Square. Due to the city’s location as the geographic centre of India, Nagpur is an established trade hub and the under development MIHAN (Multi Modal International Cargo Hub and Airport Nagpur) is a key economic driver in the growth of this city.

Highways, Expressways & Bridges
a. Highways, Expressways & Bridges (in partnership with Atlantia S.p.A of Italy)
Atlantia is one of Europe’s largest toll motorway builder and operator, currently managing over 3400 Kms of highways in Italy.
b. TRIL, through its wholly owned subsidiary, TRIL Roads Private Limited (Formerly Navinya Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.), and its partner Atlantia S.p.A (Italy) has been awarded the 4-laning of Pune-Solapur Highway by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). This initiative marks a significant milestone in Tata’s entry into the highway development sector. TRIL’s endeavour would be to build world class highways that will incorporate safety features and facilities such as electronic tolling, wayside amenities etc. The 110 kms long stretch is expected to cost Rs. 1371 crores. The concession period for this project is 21 years, including the construction period. The project is targeted to be completed by May 2012.
Over the next three years an additional investment of nearly Rs 3500 crores would be made in the highway development programme of NHAI and in some of the states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Andhra Pradesh.
Current Status Of PUNE - SOLAPUR HIGHWAY :
Four Laning of Pune Solapur Phase I Project
i. Construction Contracts awarded to IJM Infrastructure India and Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
ii. The Concession Agreement was signed on May 19,2009 and the Financial closure was achieved within the scheduled period of six months on 14th November,2009
iii. Four laning of the project highway commenced in the month of Nov-2009. Present Financial Progress: 8%


Logistics Parks
TRIL is actively evaluating the development of logistics
parks across the country. These are intended to provide
integrated logistics services covering amongst others,
warehousing (general & FTWZ), cross docking, multi-modal
transportation, etc. In the first phase.
