Ramanujan IT SEZ, Chennai :

   
   
Ramanujan IT SEZ is inspired by and is a humble tribute to India’s mathematics wizard, Srinivasa Ramanujan.

TATA Realty And Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) & Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) along with Tamil Nadu Investment Development Corporation (TIDCO) have entered into a joint venture to develop a mixed use facility at Chennai.

This is strategically located at the start of the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), just opposite the proposed Taramani – MRT station.

The processing zone encompasses 35 lakh sq feet of built-up area while the non-processing zone comprises Cambridge Green a high-end residential enclave with walk-to-work convenience (150 apartments ), a retail mall (2.5 lakh sq feet), 100 service apartments and a 1500 seat international convention centre.

True to its inspiration, Ramanujan IT SEZ is a class apart, offering unbeatable value in terms of its location, design, amenities and services.

TRILIUM : A City Centre Development at Amritsar

   

Amritsar is home to the Golden Temple, the spiritual and cultural center of the Sikh religion. One of the fastest growing among the second-tier cities in India, it ranks amongst the top 10 wealthiest cities in India.

TRIL won an auction held by Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA) on 26th August 2008 for a 5.54 Acre plot in the heart of Amritsar city. The site is located at New Amritsar City Centre and TRIL is developing a city centre / retail destination on the same.

Kochi (Cochin) is the commercial & industrial capital of Kerala making it 'The Gateway of Kerala'.

TRIL is developing a mixed-use development in the upcoming suburb of Yeshwantpur , Bengaluru.


It is proposed to develop the site as a ‘Destination of Choice’ comprising ‘A Commercial Centre interwoven with High Street Retail and a Cultural Centre’.

TRIL is developing IT SEZs for TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) at 8 locations all over India. These include: Hinjewadi, Trivandrum, Kochi, Ahemdabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Nagpur and Mangalore.

In all these, TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) is to be the anchor tenant.

Nagpur

TRIL plans to develop an integrated residential and retail complex over an area of 10 acres in the heart of Nagpur City. The site is located in the heart of the city and has over 800 ft of prime road frontage on Rambag Rd, just north of Medical Square. Due to the city’s location as the geographic centre of India, Nagpur is an established trade hub and the under development MIHAN (Multi Modal International Cargo Hub and Airport Nagpur) is a key economic driver in the growth of this city.

Highways, Expressways & Bridges


a. Highways, Expressways & Bridges (in partnership with Atlantia S.p.A of Italy) Atlantia is one of Europe’s largest toll motorway builder and operator, currently managing over 3400 Kms of highways in Italy.

b. TRIL, through its wholly owned subsidiary, TRIL Roads Private Limited (Formerly Navinya Buildcon Pvt. Ltd.), and its partner Atlantia S.p.A (Italy) has been awarded the 4-laning of Pune-Solapur Highway by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). This initiative marks a significant milestone in Tata’s entry into the highway development sector. TRIL’s endeavour would be to build world class highways that will incorporate safety features and facilities such as electronic tolling, wayside amenities etc. The 110 kms long stretch is expected to cost Rs. 1371 crores. The concession period for this project is 21 years, including the construction period. The project is targeted to be completed by May 2012.

Over the next three years an additional investment of nearly Rs 3500 crores would be made in the highway development programme of NHAI and in some of the states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Andhra Pradesh.

Current Status Of PUNE - SOLAPUR HIGHWAY :

Four Laning of Pune Solapur Phase I Project

i. Construction Contracts awarded to IJM Infrastructure India and Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

ii. The Concession Agreement was signed on May 19,2009 and the Financial closure was achieved within the scheduled period of six months on 14th November,2009

iii. Four laning of the project highway commenced in the month of Nov-2009. Present Financial Progress: 8%

Logistics Parks

TRIL is actively evaluating the development of logistics parks across the country. These are intended to provide integrated logistics services covering amongst others, warehousing (general & FTWZ), cross docking, multi-modal transportation, etc. In the first phase.
