I. Real Estate Projects

1. TRIL is developing a 12.98 acre land parcel in an the upcoming suburb of Yeshwantpur in Bangalore. This is slated to be a mixed use development .

2. TATA Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) & Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) along with Tamil Nadu Investment Development Corporation (TIDCO) have entered into a joint venture to develop a 4 Mn Sq Ft mixed use facility at Chennai. The development would consist of an IT/ITES SEZ along with support facilities such as residential apartments, retail, 5 star hotel & a convention center.

3. Development of IT SEZs for TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) at 8 locations all over India – Hinjewadi, Trivandrum, Kochi, Ahemdabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Nagpur and Mangalore. TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) to be the anchor tenant.

4. TRIL has won the auction held by Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA) on 26th August 2008 for a 5.54 Acre plot in the heart of Amritsar city. The site is located at New Amritsar City Centre and TRIL will be looking to construct an integrated development on the same.

II. Infrastructure Projects

1. Urban Infrastructure Projects

a. TATA Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) along with its consortium members has been short-listed for the RFP stage of the Phase 2 of the Mumbai Metro Project

b. TATA Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) is evaluating participation in the redevelopment and modernization of rail stations across India

c. TATA Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) is also participating in the development of world class bridges, roads, highways & expressways

2. Airports

a. TRIL along with its consortium members (Changi Airport International & TATA Power Limited) has qualified for the RFP stage of the development of Udaipur & Amritsar Airports

3. Special Economic Zones

a. TRIL is in the process of evaluating the development of:

i.  A Multiproduct SEZ in Orrisa,
ii. A Multiproduct SEZ at Nasik
iii. A Leather Goods SEZ at Nellore

 4. Expressways and Bridges

a. TRIL through its SPVs is bidding for NHAI’s 4/6 Laning BOT projects. There have been 18 RFQs submitted for 25 projects.

b. TRIL is keenly evaluating participation in the development of the
Worli – Mahalaxmi bridge on a BOT basis.

5. Logistics Parks

TRIL is actively evaluating the development of logistics parks across the country. These are intended to provide integrated logistics services covering amongst others, warehousing (general & FTWZ), cross docking, multi-modal transportation, etc. In the first phase.

6. Ports

TRIL proposes to enter the Ports segment shortly. TRIL is currently evaluating the prospect of developing Green field ports on a standalone basis, as also development opportunities within the existing major ports.
