Key Objectives:
• The incumbent should be able to workout actual
costs related to all items of civil work from
first principles.
• Procure cost related inputs for items related
to Electro-Mechanical Works.
• Maintain a data bank of the various rates
quoted / executed.
• Assist Head (Estimation) for evaluation /
negotiation of rates as quoted by
Sub-Contractors by making out comparative
statements.
• Compile Historical Data of Executed Projects.

development of defined projects through a
complete development cycle from project

studies; develop execution plan, marketing &

2. He should also have exposure to project

transition of project into construction
phase with coordination of schedules,

Senior Manager - Legal
Key Objectives:
Legal:
• The incumbent must be familiar with
various strategies involved in the
acquisition of land, ‘usage conversion’
procedures and the development of the land
into various properties like ‘Commercial’.
“Group Housing’ etc.
• He should be familiar with Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 and the rules
framed there under for the setting up of
Special Economic Zones.
• He must be familiar with /able to
understand various local issues on land
acquisition, and the related approvals and
permissions to be obtained from various
statutory/regulatory/municipal authorities
for the development of the land.
• Drafting agreements for the Development/
Co-Development of properties
• Drafting and vetting of several of
commercial contracts like tender documents,
performance guarantees, agreements with
Architects, Contractors etc.
• He must be familiar responding to various
tender documents floated by various agencies
from time to time.
